• Terms & Conditions (T&C)

When you use the MaxBass website, you have accepted the following Terms and Conditions (T&C) given below. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Therefore, you are advised to read these T&C carefully before using the website.

  • COLOR DISCREPANCY

In terms of the product appearance (colour), we have made every bit of effort to display the colour of our products as authentic and accurate as possible. However, you may see a slight change in the actual colours depending on your monitor or screen.

  • AGE RESTRAINT

The user confirms that he/she is at least Eighteen years (18 yrs) of age. If underage, he/she has the consent of a parent or a legal guardian.

  • NON LIABILITY CLAUSES:

MaxBass will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on http://themaxbass.com/. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.

  • INCORRECT PRICING

In case there is an order placed or confirmed while the product price listed is incorrect, MaxBass reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order. The User shall be informed immediately.
In case the payment has already been made, it will be refunded.

  • DELAYED DELIVERY

If there is a non-delivery or late delivery that takes place due to a mistake from the User side (i.e. incorrect or incomplete name, address or even recipient not available), extra cost will occur for the re-delivery which has to be paid by the User.
If there is a delay or failure in delivery for reasons beyond our control, we will not be held responsible.

  • CUSTOMER INFORMATION

The User agrees to give authentic information while MaxBass reserves the right to verify and validate the provided information at any point of time. We also have the right to reject the registration without prior notice in case of user details being not true wholly or partly.

  • EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION

This T & C shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. The courts in Kathmandu shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
