MaxBass strives to deliver your products quickly. Enjoy free shipping on all orders placed at www.themaxbass.com. (Note: Please note that delivery charges may apply to orders made using discount vouchers, depending on the shipping address.)

Shipping Details

Each order is shipped to a single designated address provided at checkout. To send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our team strives to dispatch each item within 2 business days from the order date. However, during festive seasons, promotions, or unexpected situations, delivery may take up to 3 or more business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Payment Options

We provide both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepayment options. Prepaid payment methods may be eligible for exclusive offers and priority shipping.

Every order is accompanied by an invoice from MaxBass.

For order cancellations prior to dispatch, please contact our customer care.

Order Processing
Orders are processed from Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be processed the next working day.

Delayed Delivery
If your order goes beyond the expected delivery timeframe, you have the option to cancel it. A full refund will be issued within the next 7 days. Please note that any delays in processing refunds due to banking procedures, unforeseen circumstances, or holidays are beyond MaxBass’s control. Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days.

Important Note: If the packaging of your order seems tampered with or damaged during delivery, please refuse to accept the order.

Return & Replacement Policy
MaxBass does not offer a Return Policy once a product has been delivered and opened by the customer. However, if the product has a technical issue, is damaged, contains missing items, or is incorrect, you may request a replacement within 15 days of receiving your order. After inspecting and confirming the issue, we will send a brand-new replacement unit.

When receiving a replacement order, the customer must return the original items, along with all accessories, tags, and any freebies (if applicable), to the delivery agent.

Valid reasons to Return an item
The delivered product is damaged (e.g., physically destroyed or broken) or defective (e.g., unable to turn on).
The delivered product is incomplete (e.g., missing items or accessories).
The delivered product is incorrect (e.g., wrong product, size, color, or counterfeit item).
The delivered product does not match the description or image (e.g., not as advertised).

Conditions for Replacement
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any defects.
The customer must return the original items along with all accessories, tags, and any freebies (if applicable) to the delivery agent when receiving a replacement order.
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging/box.
If your returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny any replacement request.

Note: In certain cases, a full refund may be issued. Refunds are only provided for valid reasons, and these will be examined and verified, which may take some time for approval.
